Registration is provided by the Kagi shareware service. Registration for Game Doctor is $10 (US). When you register, all prescriptions are unlocked and all features of the program are enabled. If you provide an email address, you are placed on a mailing list to receive the newest prescriptions as they are released.
When your order is processed, you will receive a registration code by email. If you do not have an email address, please choose the postcard receipt option when you register. Kagi will only issue registration codes by email or postcard receipt. To unlock the program, open Game Doctor, select "Register Game Doctor…" from the Apple menu, and enter the code in the registration window.

Open the "Register Online" program that accompanies Game Doctor, and click the "Go to Web Page" button. The program will automatically launch your Internet browser and take you to the Game Doctor registration web page at <http://order.kagi.com/?XYZ&S>. If you are unable to locate the "Register Online" program, enter one of the following URLs in your Internet browser:

If you do not have an email address, include your postal address and country of residence. When you have completed the form, click the "Copy" button. Create a new email message and paste the registration information. To facilitate automatic processing, please do not insert addition information in the message. Send the email to <sales@kagi.com>.
If you prefer to email an attachment file, click the "Save" button in the "Register" program. Attach the saved file to the email message and send it to <sales@kagi.com>.
To Register by Postal Mail:
Open the "Register" program that accompanies Game Doctor, and enter your name, postal address, and the number of copies you wish to purchase.
